SUMMARY:
The Office Administrator plays a pivotal role in the efficient operation of our Broomall office, supporting the Executive Team and overseeing various administrative tasks. This position is 5 days a week on-site.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Professionally answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Greet and assist visitors while ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Receive, distribute and manage mail, packages and deliveries.
- Prepare and submit reports promptly as required and requested. Maintain an organized inventory of office supplies and coordinate replenishments.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, events, and conference calls efficiently.
- Provide support for facilities management and office equipment maintenance.
- Perform additional administrative duties and support projects as needed.
Position Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Organizational skills and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
