We are looking for an outgoing individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to help support to our 15+ field employees and 1,000+ customers. The typical day will include serving clients by phone and email, scheduling client services, maintaining accounts receivable, and ensuring each team member meets the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and address client's needs (5-30+ per day)
- Answer emails and address client's needs (5-30+ per day)
- Review field staff records to ensure billing accuracy
- Review client invoices for data accuracy and clarity
- Maintain accounts receivable and process client payments
- Process employee payroll weekly
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
