The face of the front office. Must be great with customer interaction. Need to know how to funnel phone calls, write up basic work orders (oil changes, tires, inspections, etc.) pay vendor invoices, close customers out and take payment. Will be the face of the department, always dealing with customers. Must be organized and detail-oriented, being able to set appointments and call customers with updates.
Help to answer the phone, interact with customers and insurance companies, be able to set appointments, and write up basic work orders. Collect payments, pay vendor invoices, do data entry into management system, keep customers and insurance companies updated on the repair process. File handling, check in vehicles for repair, and obtain all required signatures. Qualified candidates should be confident in using computer programs, copiers, scanners etc.
