Job Summary:
The Receptionist/Office Administrator will oversee the general administrative function and activities of the front desk and office.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize an orderly, efficient, and friendly front desk area
- Organize & meter outgoing mail and receive & sort incoming mail and email
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purposes of call, and forwards call to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records when needed.
- Order office supplies and maintain a stocked and organized supply closet.
- Enter cash receipts and assist in accounting projects
- Maintain freight database duties include scanning in freight bills and gathering missing information not on paperwork
- Prepare accounts payable checks for mailing
- Ensure office breakroom and conference rooms is cleaned at end of day before leaving.
- Appropriate business casual attire; the Receptionist represents Koller Enterprises, Inc. to external clients at all times.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in office administration or related field preferred.
- At least one year of administrative and clerical experience required.
