SalaryWe are looking for an individual to perform all office functions of our machine shop. Position is an onsite position. Responsibilities include: answering customer calls and emails, entering customer orders, assembling job paperwork for the production floor, obtaining quotes and creating purchase orders for raw materials, working with the shop manager on the scheduling and priority of customer jobs. Producing shipping paperwork and invoicing customers. Data entry into our shop management system. Arranging shipments to customers and suppliers.
Proficiency with excel, word, and QuickBooks preferred. Required skills include attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks, good written and oral communication skills, punctuality and reliability. Must be comfortable in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
