Job description:
Today is awesome! You showed up at the office with pride, knowing you’re the face of the company. You get to the computer, log into all your sites and apps and start getting ready to work. You read emails, create lists for your reference, email back what’s necessary and get ready to make some calls while you sip your morning coffee. You’ll be calling customers back, taking incoming calls, and outbound selling to our current database. You’ll have absolute confidence in all your calls because you’ll have mastered our script book and you’ve been well trained on how to process every customer.
You’ll be calling, texting, emailing, scheduling/quoting/closing/invoicing jobs, editing documents, posting on social media, and communicating with the service supervisor and experts regularly.
Job requirements:
Experience with computers: You’ll be working online with customer management tools, calendars, email, and several other things at the same time. You must type well and be able to learn how to use new websites.
Great phone voice: You’ll be spending a lot of time on the phone! We have a book of scripts for many service types, but we want YOUR voice and personality to shine through. You must be comfortable on the phone.
You love to learn: We are constantly growing and evolving! This position will require a good attitude when it comes to testing, implementing, and continual training. We take pride in being the best!
You’re a professional: You are neat, clean, punctual, and able to manage your own time well. You look, speak, and dress like a professional. You can stay motivated and remain in a good attitude throughout your day. You keep your work area neat and clean. You are focused, clear-headed, and optimistic. You take ownership of your actions and take pride in what you do. You take on difficult assignments, and you complete your work orders by the deadline.
