WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
You will work 40 - 45 hours per week, typically between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
You will excel in managing inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring a professional and efficient experience for clients and team members alike. Additionally, scheduling will be a significant part of your role, as you coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, optimizing our team's productivity. Your attention to detail and proficiency in handling billing and collections processes will contribute to maintaining a smooth financial workflow. By effectively managing these crucial aspects of our operations, you will play an integral role in ensuring the success and growth of our organization.
