The Office Administrator Assistant is responsible for the overall operation of the front office. The Office Administrator Assistant strive to meet and exceed our high standards for excellent customer service. The Office Administrator Assistant will be responsible for coordinating efficiently and cooperatively with other departments and will be involved in all aspects of accounting, i.e.: accounts receivable, payable,and as well as budgeting and financial statement analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and direct the customer relations department to meet and exceed customer service requirements for new and existing customers.
Participate in the planning, development, and execution of strategy for the future development of the department.
Develop and implement programs and training necessary to ensure that all CRR are aligned with the goals of the department.
Effectively manage the accounts payable and receivable function
Help Prepare budgetary and financial statements on a regular basis for analysis
Perform related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department.
- Experience in accounting is preferred
- Knowledge of Ceridian is an asset
- Post secondary education in a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Expert knowledge of MS Office

Pay: $17.46 - $21.02 per hour
