Position Overview: As an Office Administrator at Extreme Electric, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing communication, and supporting various office functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in a growing company within the electrical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Customer Interaction:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the service team to schedule appointments and manage customer expectations.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain various reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
- Office Organization:
- Maintain a clean and organized office space to enhance overall efficiency.
- Order office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop: Contractor Edition is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
