Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This is a vital role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, including receptionists and clerical workers - Manage and maintain office supplies inventory - Develop and implement training programs for new employees - Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical - Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks - Coordinate office events and meetings - Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent phone etiquette - Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Oversee office maintenance and repairs Requirements: - Proven experience in office administration or a related field - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred - Knowledge of medical office management is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks - Familiarity with budgeting processes - Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
