We are looking for an Office Administrator / Contract Review Team Member to perform a variety of paperwork and administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Office Administrator / Contract Review Team Member at Silvercreek® Realty Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team of real estate agents. Working in a collaborative team environment, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to real estate transactions and agent support:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review Real Estate Transactions: Thoroughly review real estate transactions for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all necessary documentation is properly filled out and submitted. Identify any discrepancies or missing information and communicate with relevant parties to resolve issues promptly.
- Front Desk Duties: Manage front desk operations by answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing excellent customer service to clients and guests. Conduct warm check-in calls with real estate agents from the brokerage to maintain strong relationships and facilitate communication.
- Supply Management: Process the issuance of keys, signs, and other necessary supplies to real estate agents as needed.
- Transaction Closing Assistance: Learn various tasks and systems related to the processing of real estate transaction closings
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS & PREFERENCES
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and/or closing statements a plus
- Competency in MS Office and basic computer skills, and
- Data entry and word processing skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Comfortable calling people and building rapport on the phone
- Ability to manage a fluctuating workload
- High school degree or equivalent

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
