About Furniture Medic:
Furniture Medic by Valley Service Group is one of the top 3 Furniture Medic Franchises in the country, is growing and looking for an Office Admin in Phoenix. This role will be primarily responsible for assisting management with day to day program work and client communication ties. Work will be performed in the office as a tether between employee work flow and client relationships. The position offers a diversity of work as no two projects are the same.
Summary of the position:
The office coordination team is responsible for work to be brought in, scheduled, inspected, followed through with detailed documentation, sold, and processed for a strong customer experience. Identifies client needs and expressed communication needs through process, gives a detailed explanation as to our process and client expectation for strong client retention. The office team is the tether between relationship and production from which a client needs to perform follow through to guarantee high level communication and execution. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
This position is responsible for handling the first part of a project. As an office coordinator you would have to:
Contact customers to schedule the initial inspection or work with the front office for scheduling.
Follow up post inspection and gather all necessary information to write an accurate estimate for the work needed at the property - follow up post written estimate for send off and approval follow through
Maintain great communication with the customer and all parties involved throughout the process to ensure the job gets signed up
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to generate leads as well as program guideline follow through
Qualifications/Skills:
Prior experience in the Restoration/Construction Industry.
Valid driver's license required.
High attention to detail.
Understand and execute workflow in a timely and professional manner surrounding program guidelines.
Provides reports and feedback to management as needed.
Ability to operate efficiently with minimum supervision.
Ability to efficiently communicate with all parties involved, this might include; homeowners, insurance adjusters, vendors, etc.
Ability to provide company management with timely and accurate information related to the status of projects in regards to approvals as well as follow through to sale
Must have good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to participate in all training as needed or required.
