Job Description
- Collaborate with the operating director and account managers on addressing client needs
- Place all purchase orders thru QuickBooks
- Manage outgoing local deliveries and LTL freight pickups
- Schedule and plan training meetings
- Collect and submit payroll information
- Daily use of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Common receptionist duties, including: answering the phones, responding to emails, and organizing and digitizing documents
SCHEDULE:
- Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- No weekends or nights
