Landscape Magic, a Sedona Landscaping company is hiring for a full time Office Administrator.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answering prospect and customer phone calls
- Scheduling appointments with prospective customers
- Answering prospect and customer emails
- Organizing job schedule
- Ordering materials: office and landscaping supplies
- Invoicing and billing
- Assisting owner with day to day activities i.e. meeting customers, taking notes
- Keeping office clean and organized routinely
Preferred Skills:
- Time management
- Organization
- Customer service
- Flexibility
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Experience using Quick Books
Experience with office work or customer service is preferred but not required. We are looking to hire the most experienced candidates with a positive attitude. Employees must also be authorized to work in the U.S., be at least 18 years of age, and have a valid driver's license.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
