Office Administrator

POSITION:

Searching for a responsible, organized, and trustworthy Office Administrator / office manager for Water & Energy Systems Technology, (W.E.S.T.), Inc. - an industrial water treatment company located in Mesa, AZ.

DUTIES:

• Collaborate with the operating director and account managers on addressing client needs
• Place all purchase orders thru QuickBooks
• Manage outgoing local deliveries and LTL freight pickups
• Schedule and plan training meetings
• Collect and submit payroll information
• Daily use of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Common receptionist duties, including: answering the phones, responding to emails, and organizing and digitizing documents

SCHEDULE:

• Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
• No weekends or nights

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
