· Pay range = $17-$20/ Hourly – 40 hour work week (8am – 4:30 pm
· Background check and drug screen are required
· Must be authorized to work in the US
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a big plus
Entry-level position performing basic office and accounting duties. Assists in answering and forwarding incoming telephone calls. Separates and files invoices each day. Research credits and invoice questions as required. Assist other administrative associates in performing routine office duties. Cover receptionist or other associates while at breaks and lunches.
