Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Provides administrative support to the Klaus Roofing Department. Supports the Sales Leadership Team as directed by same. Supports the company's management, purpose, mission, and values. Additionally, we expect employees to show enterprise commitment and be willing to do duties outside of their normal job responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Verify and approve or reject contracting pricing, verbiage, payment information and other required documents for all incoming sales and cueing payroll commission payout for the sales department.
Monitor and report all sales data.
Maintain communication and workflow between Sales, Accounting, Production and subcontractors.
Field incoming and outgoing phone calls as liaison for the department.
Navigate logistics and coordination of crews and sales team.
Provide software support and equipment management.
Plan and manage projects that support the team.
Support the management and mission of Klaus Roofing.
MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.
DIRECT REPORTS:
None
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Customer service principles and practices.
Operation of office equipment, PC and related software.
Operation of a multi-line phone system.
Skill in verbal and written communication.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma, some college preferred.
Experience with company start up strategies and development.
Three (3) to Five (5) years experience in customer service, call center or related position; or,
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
