Seeking to immediately fill position for Office Administrator Assistant to help oversee office operations on a daily basis, with the ability to multi-task. Must have excellent communication skills and be conscientious and self-motivated. Local, Family-Owned & Operated Roofing Company looking for a dependable Office Administrator Assistant to add to our growing business. Must have GREAT ORGANIZATIONAL skills and a POSITIVE attitude.
Requirements & Duties Include but not Limited to: *Minimum of 2 years office experience *Light bookkeeping/Data Entry *Minimum of 1 year Proficiency with Quick Books, Excel, Word, and email communications *Proficiency with Mac/Apple Computer operations *Experience with scheduling and follow through with appointments of any kind *Excellent Customer service & Phone Skills *Excellent written communication skills *Ability to securely and accurately maintain files *Positive attitude *High School diploma or equivalent *Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
