Office Administrator / Order Entry

Job opening for office personnel / Order Entry for a dairy and natural foods distributor in Penngrove.

Day to Day job duties include:

-Taking orders from customers via phone, email, or fax

- Entering orders into invoicing systems

-Various around the office duties when orders are not being taken

Job hours will be M-F, starting time of 7:30 and numbers of hours will start as part time and may change to a full time position

-General knowledge of Microsoft Office programs are helpful

-Typing and 10-key entry proficiency is highly recommended

-Must be personable while answering and conversing on phones as customer service is the #1 priority
