Front Office Administrator

About LOFT:

LOFT is a flight training facility that provides corporate jet training using full-motion simulators. The company was founded in 2004 and has been quickly growing ever since.

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Front Office Administrator to join our team at LOFT Flight Training. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

**Responsibilities:**
- Greeting clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a timely manner
- Booking travel arrangements for clients with attention to detail and accuracy
- Inputting leads and payments into our CRM system
- Maintaining office supplies and restocking snacks for staff and clients
- Handling general administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing documents
- Assisting other team members and management with various tasks as needed

**Requirements:**
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable working independently and being client-facing
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Gmail, Adobe, and Excel
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Must be comfortable sitting at the front desk

This position is Friday-Tuesday. Starting at $25/hour
