Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors, providing them with necessary information
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability of necessary materials
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in office management tasks, including organizing schedules and coordinating appointments
- Experience with order entry systems and phone systems is preferred
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office(Word)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting visitors and performing general clerical duties. .
