Office Administrator/ Bookkeeper

We are a small accounting firm that's looking to hire an Office Administrator/ Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization and helping multiple clients across multiple industries.  Looking for a motivated and  detailed oriented individual that's ready to join our small accounting family.  

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk office
• Manage phoned for client scheduling and client messages
• Provide administrative assistance to management team
• Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
• Perform general office duties (filing, organizing, managing file processes, scheduling, outgoing mail, etc)
• Data Entry into QuickBooks software
• Manage multiple client files with attention to detail
• Help with incoming and outgoing tax client needs

• Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
• Very personable being at the front desk of our office
• Computer skills needed and easy to teach specific software programs used
