Job Description
We are a small accounting firm that's looking to hire an Office Administrator/ Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization and helping multiple clients across multiple industries. Looking for a motivated and detailed oriented individual that's ready to join our small accounting family.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk office
- Manage phoned for client scheduling and client messages
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Perform general office duties (filing, organizing, managing file processes, scheduling, outgoing mail, etc)
- Data Entry into QuickBooks software
- Manage multiple client files with attention to detail
- Help with incoming and outgoing tax client needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Very personable being at the front desk of our office
- Computer skills needed and easy to teach specific software programs used
