We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Hyde Park, NY. This temp-to-perm position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18-$20 and a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Office Administrator Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
