Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HVAC Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support to the staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties:

• Answering Phones • Following Tech Scheduled/Customer Contact • Managing Install Checklists • Maintaining Installation Board • Labeling Service Parts/Service Shelf • Updating Service Board • Managing Constant Contact • Handling Maintenance Agreement Renewals • Building Custom PM Plans • Adding ON CALL calendar to HCP • Managing Install/Welcome Packet • Co-Op Coordination

Experience:

- Previous experience in an HVAC office administrative role preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
