POSITION SUMMARY:
Part time with expectation to move to full time, Flexible hours, not your average 9am-5pm job! We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee the administrative tasks essential to the efficient operation of our home care agency. The office Administrator will play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuing that our clients receive the highest level of service and care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling client inquiries.
- Coordinate client intake and schedule of services, ensuring accurate and timely assignment of caregivers.
- Maintain client records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements.
- Assist with billing and invoicing.
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage for client needs.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new caregivers, including conducting background checks and orientation sessions.
- Commute around Cape Cod for marketing events and client intakes.
- Attend staff meetings
- Willingness to provide in-home care if needed
- High school graduate: College degree preferred.
- Have to be Covid 19 Vaccinated.
- Able to commute around Cape Cod for events and client intakes.
- Previous experience in office administration, preferably in healthcare or home care setting.
- Demonstrates organizational skills, time management, flexibility, assertiveness and team oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Willingness to provided in-home care if needed.
Performance based incentives
This position starts at 30 hours a week with the expectation up to 40 hours
