BCI provides biostatistical and programming services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. Most of our work is in the design and analysis of clinical trials.
Position summary:
By providing administrative, human resources, and accounting support, this position will play an integral role in ensuring the office runs smoothly at all times.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Professional experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources and administrative support, 10 years preferred.

Responsibilities:
· Collect and review weekly employee timesheets
· Prepare payroll and submit to payroll firm
· Calculate and prepare President’s timesheets
· Coordinate employee annual reviews, calculate retroactive pay, notify payroll firm of salary adjustments
· Compile and calculate information for employee quarterly bonuses
· Liaison with payroll and benefits firm, property management firm, immigration attorney, outside vendors and IT consultant
· Order and maintain office and break room supplies
· Collect information and generate monthly client reports
· Input employee hours into internal spreadsheet to generate information for client billing
· Input monthly invoices into client system
· Support recruitment including posting job openings, scheduling interviews and arranging travel
· Conduct all aspects of on-boarding and off-boarding
· Create and maintain hardcopy and electronic employee files
· Administer employee benefits
· Coordinate, prepare and submit documentation for employment visas
· Prepare President’s expense reports. Collect, review and approve employee expense reports
· Plan and coordinate company events
· Other duties and projects as assigned
