We are seeking an Office Administrator / Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Candidate must be familiar in Excel and Microsoft Office, Filemaker knowledge is a plus, but not necessary. Applicants should work well in a team setting as well as independently. We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and detail oriented individual. Candidate must have excellent organization skills.
Responsibilities:
- Reception: Phone coverage; answer & direct inbound calls, make outbound calls as necessary
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Assist in managing real estate auction schedule
- Interact with clients / customers over e-mail or phone
- Continue implementing organized filing systems for auctions
- Generate files as necessary per the direction of Real Estate Director
- Light administrative tasks
- Maintaining office supply inventory
- Physical and electronic filing
- Assist employees with typing lists from jobsites
- Assist in sending Constant Contact email blasts
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn programs as necessary
- Ability to handle simultaneous projects; work independently and efficiently
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
