Woodinville Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, welcoming Receptionist/Office Administrator to assist our two chiropractors! We are a philosophically-minded clinic that strives to provide excellence in patient care. We have been in practice for over 10 years primarily utilizing Activator Method protocols as well as the Blair technique.
The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. This position is a full time front Office Administrator and receptionist. The schedule is dependent on patient load Monday-Friday, but typically 8:45am to 6:30pm with a 1 to 1.5+ hour lunch, averaging 37 hours per week.
Salary: $25-$28 per hour DOE, eligible for monthly bonus structure after 90 days.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Greet and check in each patient
- Schedule and collect payments
- Monitor and respond to email, text messages and phone calls
- Communicate with patients and our offsite billing team
- Reset the exam rooms between patients
- Process incoming mail
- Keep the main areas tidy and light housekeeping
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Minimum 3 years previous customer service is preferred
