ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Established Construction Company is seeking an experienced administrative lead for Gig Harbor office. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong work ethic, is professional, responsible, dependable, and trustworthy. Who possess strong administrative skills and experience; and looks forward to starting as soon as possible. Construction office experience would be a huge plus. Essential Functions:
- Answer incoming calls and promptly direct them to the respective party.
- Greet visitors and guests and assist them as needed.
- Maintain an inviting appearance in the front lobby, front desk, and conference room.
- Provide outstanding communications and customer service.
- Communicate with employees and various business contacts in a professional manner.
- Perform activities related to maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Assist Project Managers and other departments with clerical duties as assigned.
- Perform filing, scanning and faxing documents.
- Data input A/R and A/P in QuickBooks.
- Other duties assigned to meet business needs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Natural tendencies to multi-task, strong diligence with exceptional follow through.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, in-person, phone, and email).
- Ability to make sound decisions, problem solve and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to build and manage ongoing relationships both internally and externally.
- Strong computer skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Skill in simple accounting methods.
- Ability to organize multiple work projects and establish priorities.

Qualifications:
- Required Education: Associate Degree or Equivalent Experience.
- At least 2 years of professional office experience required.
- Ability to manage up to Four (4) phone lines at once.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
