Full-Time Construction Office Administrator
We are a leading distributor and installer of doors and door frames in Washington. Seeking an Office Administrator to join our Team. Our office is located in Kent.
Duties Include:

· Preparation of and maintaining monthly schedule of values (SOVs) for billing purposes.
· Updating and maintaining project management tracking website (Monday site).
· Coordinating with project managers to assist with monthly billings via SOVs and ensuring they are forwarded to Accounts Receivable administrator before billing due date.
· Coordinating with project managers to assist with inventory reporting that correlates with amounts billed each month.
· Other administrative duties as requested by supervisor/management.
Required Skills:
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical abilities
- Ability to prioritize workload
- High Proficiency in Excel with Pivot Table experience being an asset
Beneficial Skills:
- Construction industry experience is a plus, but training can be provided
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Share Point
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility in day-to-day duties; willingness and ability to learn new tasks
- HR and or Safety knowledge
