We're looking for an Office Administrator to:
Support the branch management team administratively (daily operations, supply ordering and accounts payable)
Assist Market Director and Administrative Manager with resolving client issues as needed
Support our administrative and risk management guidelines and policies
Support Administrative Manager with the hiring process and maintenance of all HR functions, including payroll for support staff
Assist in the administrative aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees
Coordinate and plan branch office business meetings and various activities
Assist staff with technology tasks and projects as needed
