Job Description
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! This role will be based out of our main office, and will focus on compliance, purchasing, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Compliance review of leasing activities
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Multifamily property management experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
