Dental Office Administrator

Established dental practice seeking an experienced, dependable scheduling coordinator with great customer service skills, dedication to patient care, willingness to go above and beyond and a great team player. Excellent communication and writing skills are required since individual will be interacting and communicating with patients, insurance companies, doctors and team. Must have strong computer skills, open dental software experience and insurance verification with patient portion figuring experience. Individual duties include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones and providing excellent customer service. ### Duties:

- Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Oversee scheduling and appointment coordination
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure optimal patient care
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
### Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a Dental Office setting
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in Open Dental or similar dental software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
