Location: 6516 Old Wake Forest Rd. Raleigh, NC 27616

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Be the first point of contact for our customers, offering friendly and efficient service via phone, email, and chat.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a compassionate and timely manner.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Manage appointment scheduling for service calls, ensuring efficient routing and timing for our technicians.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interaction logs in our CRM system.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our services and customer satisfaction.
• Sales: Conduct sales over the phone after successfully completing our company sales training. (commission paid per sale in addition to hourly pay)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to listen and empathize with customers.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
