We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to become a part of our team and oversee the smooth functioning of our office facilities and administrative procedures. The perfect candidate will be instrumental in upholding a productive and well-organized workspace.
In your role as an Office Administrator at Empire National Inc., you'll undertake a diverse array of responsibilities to facilitate the smooth operation of our office. Your main duties will include:
- Coordinate and post content on Instagram.
- Monitor and respond to multiple email accounts.
- Monitor and manage uAttend time-off requests.
- Pick up mail from multiple locations.
- Scan and distribute documents to the appropriate departments.
- Regularly check expiration dates for employee documents.
- Keep track of work anniversaries, birthdays, and performance review dates. Keep track of other special events.
- Do all the hiring paperwork
- Ensure employees undergo quarterly drug tests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to ensure trash removal and office cleanliness.
- Unlock and prepare meeting rooms in the morning; close them and secure the office in the evening.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in office software and social media platforms.
- Prior experience in office administration or related roles is preferred.
Full Type: Full-time, Mon - Fri 8am - 5 pm
Extended hours: 40 per week
