Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00/hr, dependent on experience
Hours: Various schedule options are available, including a 4-day work week with some weekends or a 5-day work week. 8am-6pm

Responsibilities:
- Logistical support for field technicians and customers
- Interact with residential and commercial customers, listen to their questions and concerns, and provide timely responses
- Educate clients about the company's products, services, and offers
- Manage and address customer scheduling questions
- Provide any customers with updates, including parts status and upcoming repair status
- Build customer relationships
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- High School diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Ability to pass a drug and background check
- HVAC or related industry experience a plus
- Dispatching experience and knowledge of dispatching software is preferred
- Advanced communication skills: written and verbal
- Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Prioritization and organizational skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks and follow through
- Works successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Geographical knowledge of service area and map reading skill
