Best Choice Roofing is one of the largest roofing companies in the nation, with over 50 locations throughout the US. We are seeking a reliable and dependable Office Administrator for our newly opened Pittsburgh branch. The Office Administrator is responsible for clerical and administrative tasks for the entire branch, and making sure that all jobs and communications are flowing seamlessly.
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and with a team. They must be
professional, courteous, dependable, and reliable. They are the glue that holds the communication bridge from management to the branch, so the ideal candidate must be stable and reliable. The ideal candidate will have the ability to function in a face-paced and sometimes stressful environment, with deadline requirements. This position requires a positive attitude and self-motivation.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company
policies
- Scheduling, payroll, and commissions
- Manage arrangements for collection of paperwork and/or money from homeowners
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Manage and tracking accounts receivable for the branch
- Create and update records, spreadsheets, and databases with personnel, financial, and other
data
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Relay updates and/or important information to the branch manager(s)
- Clerical (typing, filing, organizing, etc.)
- Light daily cleaning (sweeping, dusting, emptying desk trash cans, etc.)
- Maintain positive and up-beat environment
Skills
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Cloud Software (especially MS Excel and
Google Sheets)
- High school diploma with at least 2 years experience in a clerical role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
