Job Description
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join and grow with our trucking company. Hours are
Monday-Friday 8am-2pm
Hours and pay can be negotiated
Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Conduct Payroll and manage timesheets
- Manage all clerical tasks including IFTA filings HUT filings IRP and FMCSA
- Answer inbound telephone calls and emails
- Communicate with operation manager and sales&logistics reps
- Manage all quickbooks related tasks for the company
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields in the trucking and logistics industry
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge and proficiency in QB Desktop
- Knowledge in FMCSA, IFTA, HUT, NYC BIC, IRP, DEC
- Desire to grow with and become a part of a team
- Desire to learn if you do not know about something
- Having a sharp memory
