We are looking for an Office Administrator to perform various administrative and clerical tasks. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from billing jobs to basic record keeping. You will need to have the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth operations. You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills.
Your job responsibilities will be following:
- Excel at day-to-day operations in the office
- Answer phone calls
- Get quotes from suppliers
- Provide purchase orders to suppliers
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, statements, etc
- Enter customer orders from webstore, emails and phone orders
- Ability to use UPS, Fedex, DHL and LTL for shipping labels
- File receipts/orders
- Monitors and re-orders office supplies and equipment
- Makes initial telephone contact with customers when invoices age beyond current terms or sooner on particularly large amounts, as dictated by Management
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
