Now Hiring Office Assistant- Gastonia
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay: $14 an hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform various clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage calendars
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
-Basic filing
Qualifications:
-Must be able to communicate well with others (multi-person office)
-Must be able to multitask & be strongly focused in fast fast-paced environment
-Knowledge of basic office programs
-Must be dependable
