Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' needs and goals
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions to clients, ensuring proper form and technique
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
- Lead group fitness classes, incorporating a variety of exercises and techniques
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Requirements:
- Certification in personal training or a related field
- Strong knowledge of fitness sales techniques
- Experience in personal training, sports coaching, or related fields
- Understanding of body mechanics and proper exercise form
- Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
- Sales skills to promote personal training services and attract new clients
- Degree in physical education or a related field is a plus
