The ideal candidate is someone who can multi-task the unpredictable occurrences of the day with utmost finesse and excellence in conduct. The Office Admin will partner with management to fulfill business objectives using best practice methods, possess a ‘can do’ attitude and welcome the challenges of new systems.
The Office Admin at CRTG is a key position – there are many hats to be worn here and many interdepartmental relationships to build. This individual possesses the business acumen to assess operational issues and can appropriately resolve such issues in the absence of the CEO and has the ability to anticipate the need for intervention and address it in accordance with company core values.
This is a full-time position based in our Costa Mesa office. As an employee, you will qualify for a health insurance and cell phone bonus; we also have a fully stocked kitchen. You MUST be based in Orange County and a US citizen (sorry, no exceptions). This is an awesome opportunity for someone who:

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
