Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, and route them to the appropriate person.
- Greet clients and schedule appointments.
- Prepare and modify documents, notes, and sales tickets.
- Communication with mechanic and car sale clients.
- Assist with order entry and inventory management.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a secretary or in a similar role is preferred.(but not required)
- Knowledge of basic use of accounting software on occassion is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
