We are looking for dependable, mature adult willing to join our friendly and supportive team.
Our clinic provides an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others. Must have a strong passion for helping people, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and has the ability to manage several tasks at once. Previous office experience is not required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- greeting patients and families
- managing schedules
- managing social media/website
- answering phones
- preparing reports
- collecting payments
- maintaining reception area
- monitoring referral sources and community outreach
- assisting fellow staff as needed
- closing the office for the day

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
