Work Location: Warner Center, Fourth Floor, 332 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222-2411
Schedule: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

The Opportunity
Be part of a team striving to make a difference! The Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh (ULGP), an organization dedicated to the economic self-reliance, parity, power, and civil rights of African Americans and other underserved in the Greater Pittsburgh area, seeks a Program Assistant.
As the Nonprofit Executive Assistant, you will partner with the Vice President of Program and Services (VPPS) to provide and executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the VPPS. Provide support to the senior management team, organize, and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts. Oversee and manage contracts and grant applications across all programs. Requirements:- Associate degree OR 5 years’ experience required. OR
- Bachelor's degree OR 3 years’ experience required. OR
Experience: Administrative experience required, pervious nonprofit experience and proficiency with technology on a variety of platforms highly preferred.
Required Clearances, Licenses, and Certifications:
- Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH) prior to their first day of employment.
- Candidates must have proof of full COVID 19 vaccination status OR be willing to obtain the COVID vaccine OR provide an applicable medical/religious exemption prior to the first day of employment.
