Job description

Bucks County non-profit is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support including management of contracts, liason for and management of board of directors, and tracking and completion of agency reports. The Executive Assistant is a full-time position with hybrid schedule based out of Doylestown, PA.

Responsibilities~

  • Responsible for the efficient execution of the support work for the Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer and other leadership as directed
  • Board management: including but not limited to administrative elements such as preparing board minutes, obtaining signatures, correspondence, maintain accurate records and board files, preparing board packets, agendas and reports
  • Tracking organizational standards
  • Management of contracts: including but not limited to review, submission, reporting, tracking, and filing
  • Tracking and submitting agency reporting and other business timelines/deadlines
  • Manage all BCOC insurances including applying, submitting required paperwork, tracking, review and renewals
  • Annually schedule all Board, Committee, Directors, Manager and Staff Meetings
  • Special projects as assigned including but not limited to preparation of statistics, assist with data and submission of reports and proposals, create, and maintain tracking tools, process and procedure and policy manuals
  • Arrange travel and registration for training and conferences for management team and other staff as assigned
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy files of all agency records

Qualifications~

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills/experience with software/platforms.
  • Valid PA driver’s license and auto insurance.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
