New Business Development & Strategic Partnership Lead

As the New Business Development & Strategic Partnership Lead at Genome Insight, you will be a key leader responsible for driving revenue growth, forging Strategic Partnerships, and expanding our market presence in the diagnostics industry. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in Business Development, sales, and establishing impactful strategic collaborations. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion:
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform market expansion strategies.
- Lead efforts to expand market share by identifying and entering new markets.
Sales / Business Development:
- Identify strategic accounts to pursue opportunities for revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the adoption of the cutting edge diagnostics products within targeted markets.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of business agreements.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify, evaluate, and initiate Strategic Partnerships and collaborations that enhance the company's product portfolio and market presence.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
Revenue Forecasting and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts, providing regular updates to executive leadership.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, Business Development initiatives, and Strategic Partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, MBA /masters degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Business Development, sales leadership, and Strategic Partnerships in the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to think out of the box, willingness to try and learn new things and explore uncertainties.

Compensation
$130K - $190K salary BOE
