Position Summary
The Sales & Customer Support Specialist will primarily focus on sales and customer relationships, while providing outstanding service acting as the secondary point of contact for customers regarding services related to the customer. The Customer Care Specialist will provide customers with thorough service that builds relationships, resolves issues, provides them with additional services where appropriate, and increases overall trust and satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Sales KPIs would be Revenue growth, Revenue per client, Profit Margin, Client Retention Rate, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Attend weekly meetings
- Complete and excel in Sales Training as directed

- Serves as the primary point of contact for all internal and external customer issues. Will develop and maintain customer relationships
- Listen/Assess and fulfill customer needs by educating them on the services available to them and put all notes in database
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, entering into the database
- Possess thorough knowledge of services provided and ability to clearly articulate service offerings in order to cross-sell
- Assess and fulfill customer needs by educating the customer on the services available to them
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the client
- Analyze customer requests, feedback, concerns and/or issues and provide recommended actions to management
- Handle back office tasks including responding to email inquiries and generating and compiling reports as required
- Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently including pricing inquiries and service-related complaints
- Must coordinate work flow with team members, including but not limited to the Administrative Staff, Auto Detail Technicians, Vehicle Transport Specialists, and General Manager Detail Services
- Process invoice payments
The Sales and Customer Support Specialist role will support the VP of Human Resources in payroll processing, coaching and counseling, interviewing, onboarding, and various other Administrative duties. The Sales Specialist component will report directly to the President.
