Our Network Administrator plans, designs, and implements infrastructure solutions to meet the organization's technology capabilities for transferring data. This highly collaborative role is responsible for handling customer networks, ensuring smooth onboarding, and providing technical support to ensure optimal utilization of our products, and troubleshoots network connectivity, performance, and security issues for our customers. Our ideal candidate loves learning, thinking outside the box, and has a passion for technology and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop detailed infrastructure designs, including network architecture, server configurations, storage solutions, and security measures.
  • Lead the implementation and deployment of infrastructure projects and cloud infrastructure deployments, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
  • Lead the implementation of infrastructure and process to support Customer Onboarding, data transfer and integration.
  • Implement infrastructure monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify and resolve performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and system failures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure system availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, network engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including infrastructure designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Implement and enforce security measures, access controls, and compliance requirements to protect infrastructure assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance infrastructure performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Implementation Specialist, Network Engineer, or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure components, including networking, servers, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.
  • Proficiency with AWS and Cisco VPNs – implementing, testing, and debugging.
  • Proficiency in network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Expert in tracing and troubleshooting network configurations with customer systems.
  • Solid understanding of security principles, best practices, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver infrastructure projects within scope and schedule.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has fun, celebrates success, and contributes to a positive culture!

We know that potential candidates are often less likely to apply to a position if they don't match 100% of the job qualifications. Don't let that be why you miss out on this opportunity! We encourage you to apply if you can demonstrate many of these skills and competencies.
