Typical Responsibilities:
Our Systems Administrators take ownership of clients' IT infrastructures, which means:
- Onsite and remote network and server management for a variety of clients, across a range of industries.
- Plan, design, and implement server and network projects.
- Proactively identify opportunities to better align client technology with their business goals.
- Support the Client Account Manager in preparing and presenting proposals to improve a client's IT environment.
We work as a unified team, so in addition to supporting client’s needs, you'll also be helping and mentoring your colleagues and they'll be helping and mentoring you!
Our Systems Engineers are expected to work as a team to develop best practices, test new technology, and document standard procedures for common types of service requests.

Required Technical Experience:
- 2-5+ years of experience with Active Directory-based Microsoft Windows Server environments, virtualization knowledge (Hyper-V), DFS replication, AD replication.
- 2-5+ years of network experience, including TCP / IP best practices, SSL VPN implementation, SAN failover clustering
- 2-5+ years of firewall management to include SonicWall, IPS, VPN, Red tunnel, L3 switches.
- A general breadth and depth of experience in different hardware platforms, cloud services, and line of business applications.
Required Certifications:
- 3 – Primary certifications (CompTIA Net+, Server+, Microsoft/Cloud certifications or equivalent)

Compensation: $67,000-$90,000 depending on certifications
